Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing goods from our website. By using the Banksia art website, you signify your agreement to these terms of use. We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

Are all of the products on your website in stock?
We only list products that we have in stock. If you do order an item that has just sold out and we have not had time to remove it from our site, we will let you know and offer you a full refund. If you prefer, you may choose another item of the same value.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal or direct bank transfer. If you choose PayPal you may follow the steps in the payment process to safely and securely use your credit card to pay for your order.

What shipping options do you offer?
We aim to deliver all order within 5-7 business days (depending on your location). Your order will be processed within 48 hours of placing the order online and will be shipped thereafter. All orders will be shipped using the Australia Post standard parcel delivery.

What are the Shipping Costs?
Shipping and handling is additional and will be added to your order before checkout.
Shipping and handling are charged as follows:
Flat rate $5.00 – for all Cards, bookmarks, gift wrap and stationery.
Flat rate $10.00 – for all Prints.

I don’t live in Australia, do you post internationally?
Please contact us on the “Contact Us” Page, if you wish to purchase from overseas and we will enquire with Australia Post on postage costs to you country.

Parcel Tracking
For some parcels, we will send you an automatic tracking number. For others we may able to track your parcel upon request. If you would like to enquire about the status of your order please email us and we will check the status of your parcel. Please note we are only able to track parcels, so may not be able to track your order if it is in a letter sized envelope (for example if you have only ordered 2 or 3 greeting cards.)

Any shipping disclaimers?
Yes! All care is taken to pack your goods in a way to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged during transit. Also, international customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by their government.

Returns Policy
Banksia Art seeks to satisfy customers. Ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied is of the utmost importance to our business.

If you are dissatisfied with the products you have received due to faulty workmanship or receiving an incorrect order, we will happily organise replacement goods, correct your order or refund for you.
If you have received an incorrect order or faulty product, please contact us straight away to let us know. The faulty product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Making a Return
Please contact us to organise an exchange or refund. Please write to us through the “Contact Us” Page and we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.

We will ask you to write down the reason for your return and the date of your order and post the item back to:

Purchases from another Store
If a product is purchased from another store and not directly from Banksia Art you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The store owner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.
